Technical requirements

For the proper operation of ECOPROTEKT units there are some technical demands on the discharged air supplying central vaccuum unit in terms of the steady-state temperature and CVU filtration performance long-term stability. Manufacturers and distributors of central vacuum cleaners are called upon to apply for a certification for their products. Certification will takes place exclusively by our or contractual partners office. The proceeding of certification is free of charge.

Information

The german Energieausweis  is since 01.07.2008 an obligatory certificate, that evaluates, how a building has to be appreciated in matters of energetic. Background of this evaluation is as a general rule the buildings demands on primary energy sources, which is affected by the constructural and the heating systems standard for energy use..

Certifying

The according to requirements engaged filter medias are certificated to F and or G classes and carbon filters for medical appliances and are conform to DIN EN 779. Filter classes F7 - F9 Segregation of respirable dust in air-conditioning technological systems with great demands on air purity, in food branch, minimum requirement as filter class of german hygiene regulations VDI 6022, as a preliminary filter for clean room plants in the pharmaceutical industry, sterilization and operating rooms, switchboard plants and as an intake filter for high-valued assembly rooms.

Ecoprotekt-HOME & Accessories

The Ecoprotekt- Home heat recovery system can be fitted comparably easily with a new central vaccum equipment or be used as a retrofit kit for central vacuum clkeaners which are already in use. By beeing equipped with a high-effective sound deadening, the ECOPROTECT apparatus is to be installed in place of the exhaust air silencer, respectively the replacement of the exhaust air silencer in case of an existing installed equipment.

The ECOPROTEKT apparatus allows to be installed nearly everywhere by meaning of its minor dimensions of about 300 x 230 mm.

 

The integrated temperature monitoring incomplex displays the proper operation of the ECOPROTEKT system.

The diffusor screens built in the air intake and the exhaust air socket assure the uniform saturation of the active matrix by cancellation of laminar flows, they simultaneously prevent the generation of background noise. When installing the apparatus precaution is demanded not to damage the diffusor screens.

An important precondition for proper operation of the ECOPROTEKT are the filter performance figures given by the central vacuum cleaner manufacturers. As we wont trust to advertising messages, on each central vacuum cleaner measurements will be taken before they are approved to be combined with ECOPROTEKT units. Each approved central vacuum cleaner will be certified by us, documented by a tamper-proof compatibility certificate, which is fitted on each ECOPROTEKT apparatus. This is your guarantee to get the function you pay for.

The compatibility certificate and the hologram of authenticity with its consecutive serial number will be destroyed within any approach of removing.

optional accessory - summer/winter change-over

The summer/winter change-over takes care, that the warm discharged air economises heating costs in winter by spreading warmth in the house and can be blown outdoors, when the outdoor temperatures are higher in summer. This can comfortably done by using the hamdle on the additional flap valve. Using the summer/winter change over demands the installation of an additional exhaust air duct, in an existing installation the available exhaust air duct can be used. The summer/winter change over will be delivered with assembled connecting hoses. Installation will be done by inserting the summer/winter change over into the exhaust air duct.

optional accessory - fan air inlet door

The fan air inlet door is to be installed in the living quarters. It opens when operating the central vacuum cleaner and lets the warm air stream in. Shutting of the central vacuum cleaner will close it automatically. The fan air inlet door has a built-in connector to fit equipment for purposes e.g. drying, inflation or air-cleaning.
